Grape variety: Glera (Prosecco)
Colour: Bright straw yellow.
Aroma: An intense bouquet with fruity notes of Renetta apple and floral hints of wisteria.
Taste: Fine, creamy perlage; soft and fresh on the palate, with a lightly savoury finish.
Storage: Store the bottle horizontally, away from light and temperature changes.
Serving and pairing: Serve between 6°C and 8°C. Ideal as an aperitif, and well suited to light starters, fish dishes and fresh, delicate cuisine.
Ingredients: 100% grapes.
Additives: Preservative (sulphur dioxide).
